Description

PP Cable Protection Pipe SN4

The PP Cable Protection Pipe SN4 is a black solid-wall pipe with an integrated socket and a high-performance triple-lip seal made of SBR, factory-installed in accordance with DIN EN 681. Manufactured according to DIN 16878, it is suitable for use in high and extra-high voltage cable installations. The polypropylene (PP-MD) material combines flexibility with high rigidity and, thanks to its smooth surface, provides optimal conditions for easy cable insertion.
The pipe offers high chemical resistance within a pH range of 1 to 13 and a continuous temperature resistance of up to 80°C. It has a pressure resistance of at least 0.5 bar in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13259 and has been successfully tested at 13 bar with the triple-lip seal.
The mineral-reinforced material composition ensures outstanding technical properties while reducing raw material consumption. The pipe is highly robust and suitable for installation even at low temperatures.
