HS®-Sickerrohre sind entwickelt worden für den Einsatz in Versickerungsanlagen als Rohr- oder Rohrkies-Rigole, die Entwässerung des Straßen- und Gleisoberbaus sowie von befestigten Flächen wie Flugplätzen, Sportanlagen, Straßen, Parkdecks und als Drainageleitungen bei erhöhten Anforderungen. Zur Produktgruppe der Sickerrohre zählen Vollsicker-, Teilsicker- und Mehrzweckrohre. HS®-Sickerrohre werden in den Nennweiten DN/OD 110 bis DN/OD 630 hergestellt. Das Schlitzbild entspricht der DIN 4262-1 (Rohre und Formteile für die unterirdische Entwässerung im Verkehrswege- und Tiefbau, 10.2009). Aufgrund der hohen Ringsteifigkeit von mindestens 10,5 kN/m2 (geschlitzt) sind HS®-Sickerrohre sowohl bei großen Erdüberdeckungen als auch geringen Erdüberdeckungen und gleichzeitiger Verkehrslast bestens geeignet. Die rechnerischen Langzeitverformungen liegen bei „üblichen“ Randbedingungen in der Regel unter 3%, die Sicherheitsreserven gegen Spannungs- und Stabilitätsversagen liegen deutlich über den geforderten Werten. AufHS®-Sickerrohre grund der glatten Oberfläche verfügen HS®-Sickerrohre über ausgezeichnete Hydraulikeigenschaften. Im Gegensatz zu gewellten Rohren – zum Beispiel handelsübliche Dränrohre/k=2,0 mm – beträgt die absolute Rauheit bei glattwandigen Rohren aus PVC-U maximal 0,01 mm. Insbesondere bei Gefahr von Ablagerungsbildung stellen glattwandige Rohre eine hervorragende Lösung dar. Weitere Vorteile: die hervorragende chemische Beständigkeit sowie die Abrieb- und die Hochdruckspülfestigkeit.
