Crassus GmbH & Co. KG is a German, owner-managed company that specializes in developing, manufacturing, and selling products for wastewater pipe connections. We offer the most reliable connection system for all wastewater pipes – serving customers worldwide! We position ourselves as problem solvers and partners for planners, architects, engineers, and professional craftsmen. Our products are utilized daily in infrastructure, civil engineering, industrial, agricultural, and HVAC/MEP projects.

At our head office in Berlin, we have a team engaged in product development, product management, IT, sales, and marketing. From this location, we oversee our production, distribution, and logistics both in Germany and worldwide. Our quality management is certified by TÜV-SÜD in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The rubber mixtures for our products are manufactured by our cooperation partners according to our specifications. This allows us to utilize a diverse portfolio of rubber mixtures such as EPDM, NBR, FKM, FFKM. By setting specific requirements and conducting quality control checks, we are able to intervene early in the manufacturing process and thereby guarantee consistently superior quality.

We utilize injection molding, pressing, extrusion, and vulcanization processes to manufacture our products. The production of smaller series and custom orders is conducted directly in Berlin and Brandenburg. Large-scale production primarily takes place in Germany, Sweden, Poland, and England. We maintain constant communication with all our production partners and monitor each production step in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Assembly is performed on a per-order basis and tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. We have the capacity to implement changes at short notice. Our specialization lies in producing custom solutions in small quantities, which enables us to offer flexibility and cost-effectiveness in meeting your needs.

Using modern ERP software, we centrally manage the entire international fulfillment process (order acceptance, storage, commissioning, packaging, franking, shipping, returns management, and invoicing) within our system. This enables us to provide you with real-time updates on your order status and make any requested changes up until the point of shipping. We also manage dropshipping orders for you.
